Straight Line Edger ASL4/5

The Atlantic ASL4/5 is a relatively compact and easy to use machine designed to grind and polish the bottom edge, with a front and rear arris grind.

It produces a consistent finish from 3mm – 25mm.

Features

  • The heavy duty conveyor holds the glass firm with a minimum glass size of 80mm x  80mm.
  • Changes in glass thickness are accommodated by the turn of a switch, with the conveyor bed being motorised in and out to a digital display
  • Speeds of 0.8 – 4mtr/min are achieved depending on glass thickness.
  • The ASL 5 has one additional polish wheel for the flat edge.
