Vertical Six Brush Glass Washers

The Atlantic Six Brush machines are three-stage vertical washers designed for rigorous glass washing schedules. There are 6 wash heights to choose from ensuring an appropriate model is available for your IG or glass processing needs.

Features

  • Strong stainless steel chassis with stainless panels, tanks, bearings, shafts, pumps, fasteners etc.
  • Three stage wash; 2 brush isolated pre-wash, 4 brush main wash, rinse section with additional filtration
  • Fully hinging stainless doors and tank hatch for easy access
  • Inspection screens allow viewing through all three wash stages
  • Running speed 1–10 mtr/min, inverter driven
  • Air blower with hot and cold switching
  • Hot wash and rinse
  • Working height 760mm (bottom edge of glass)
  • Automatic air blower shut-off valve to avoid shadowing
  • Safety switches on all doors
  • Low water safety switches with visual warning
  • Compatible with Atlantic Auto Assembly Line
  • Choice of running direction
  • Lighting panel on outfeed track
